Just minutes from Venice, this unique gem is the perfect oasis for family trips, friend getaways, or business travelers. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, trampoline, and gym, all in a secluded backyard with lush tropical vibes. Plus, our vintage Airstream offers an extra touch of charm as a 4th bedroom or cozy office space.
Step into the inviting living room, complete with a custom-designed deep-seated couch, chromotherapy lighting, an 85” SMART TV (Netflix ready), a Sonos sound system, and even a small piano for music lovers. Gather around the large family-style dining table with seating for 6, or pull up a bar stool for a casual bite.
For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true, featuring stainless steel appliances, a range stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge/freezer. You’ll find everything you need for a great meal, including non-toxic cookware, glassware, and a Breville coffee/espresso machine. There’s also a state-of-the-art water filtration system for ultra-pure drinking water.
The bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind. The master suite boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a 75” SMART TV, and a spa-like bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, shower, and chromotherapy lighting. “The Globe Suite” offers a king-size bed, 55” SMART TV, and access to the backyard, while the hallway bedroom provides a cozy queen-size bed. The backyard Airstream serves as an extra bedroom or office, equipped with a queen bed, desk, and 32” SMART TV.
But the gem? The outdoor space! Relax on the large deck, take a dip in the lap pool or hot tub, or gather around the fire pit. The backyard is a garden paradise, with seasonal fruit trees and an edible garden. You can even try our outdoor claw-foot tub for an ice bath or enjoy the infrared sauna for a rejuvenating hot-cold therapy session.
For families, there’s a children’s play area complete with a trampoline, swings, monkey bars, and more. Fitness enthusiasts will love the gym, which features a Peloton bike, treadmill, dumbbells, and more, all set up for online classes.

PARKING: We provide one parking permit that can be used to street park on the nearby streets. We only have ONE permit. While there is not a designated parking space, there is usually ample street parking available that you can utilize with this permit properly displayed. There is also un-permited parking very close to the house if you have extra vehicles. Detailed parking instructions, including street sweeping times and how to display the permit, will be sent to you before check-in. If you don't return the parking permit when you check out, you will be charged $500. There are no exceptions to this.
POOL/HOT TUB HOURS
Feel free to enjoy the pool and hot tub anytime between 8am and 10pm!
POOL HEATING
Our pool is open year-round, and if you’d like it heated, there’s a $75/day charge. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it warm and ready for you to enjoy!
HOT TUB & SAUNA USE
Want to use the hot tub or sauna? Simply message us and we’ll turn them on for you remotely! We’re typically available between 8am-10pm, and we ask for at least two hours’ notice so everything has time to heat up for your relaxation.
TEMPERATURE CONTROLS
For your comfort, we provide a Nest thermostat for heating and a tower fan for cooling. In the Airstream, you’ll find a space heater and fan, plus a portable AC unit. While we don’t have central AC, we offer portable AC units in the three main bedrooms inside the house. The house stays cool thanks to the surrounding trees, and being so close to the beach, the temperature is usually mild!
BEDS
You’ll find two king-sized beds and one queen-sized bed in the house. The couch is also a cozy spot for sleeping (though it’s not a pull-out bed). The Airstream offers an additional queen bed for more sleeping space.
SECURITY CAMERA
For everyone's security, we have a Ring camera that monitors and records the entrance to the property where you’ll check in. Rest assured, it does not capture anything inside the gate or yard.
PETS
We welcome dogs for a $200 pet fee, with a limit of one dog per stay. If you’re bringing a furry friend, just let us know in advance!
ADDITIONAL UNIT ON PROPERTY
There’s a studio space on the property that we rent separately, with its own private entrance and no access to the areas pictured in this listing. While there’s a privacy fence between the two spaces, you may hear tenants from time to time. If total silence is important to you, please keep this in mind when booking.
GARDENER & POOL SERVICE
Our gardener visits on Thursday mornings to care for the yard and take out the trash, and our pool service comes on Wednesdays. They’ll access the yard from the front gate while they work, but don’t worry—they’ll be quick and respectful! By booking, you acknowledge that you’re aware of these routine visits.
PACKAGES
We kindly ask that you don’t have packages delivered to the house. There are nearby Amazon lockers where you can easily send and pick up deliveries. If you absolutely need something delivered, please give us a heads-up in advance. Keep in mind, we’re not responsible for any packages and won’t be available to receive them for you.
CLEANING
Your cleaning fee covers the cleaning after you check out. If you’d like a mid-stay cleaning, we can arrange that for an extra fee—just let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can coordinate it for you.
