Seaview is a cozy spacious seaside home with all the amenities you will need for a relaxing stay - you'll especially enjoy the FANTASTIC VIEWS to our pristine coastline while you relax with a glass of our world renown wines or local hand crafted beers.
Seaview is walking distance to fabulous family and surfing beaches and is close to other local attractions.
This is a modern, comfortable, clean family home in an amazing location.
Kick off your shoes and put up your feet while you enjoy the stunning views to the surf from the lounge or one of the two outside front decks.
There is also a grand backyard with a massive BBQ deck area, lawn and trampoline.
Prevelly offers such a variety of activities, you really won't need to go anywhere else. The playground and sports field just across the street, beach walks, boat launch, and golf course are all close by, the general store, bottle shop and cafe are just one block away. Swimming beaches, surfers point and the river mouth are all within walking distance while the township of Margaret River is just a 10 minute drive.
The house has 5 bedrooms - 1 king and 2 queen bedrooms as well as two bedrooms with small bunk beds for children, two showers and a bathtub and two toilets. There are two sundecks facing the ocean and the large BBQ deck at the back of the house.
The kitchen has everything you will require including 3 coffee makers (plunger, cafeteria and a drip coffee maker), blender, rice cooker, mixer, dishwasher and a large pantry area where we stock some items such as coffee, tea, sugar, jams, cling wrap, foil, serviettes, paper towel, oil, vinegar, cleaning products, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash.
Seaview is lovely and warm with the cozy wood fire and two reverse cycle air-conditioners. The lounge area has a surround sound TV with DVD, magazines and family games. Off the main lounge you will find a children"s play area with toys, books, puzzles, bean bag chairs, games and a TV with a DVD player (DVDs too!).
There is also a grand backyard with a massive BBQ deck area, lawn and trampoline.
All linens and towels are provided for you, let us know your bedding configuration and we will ensure the house is made to order for your group.
