With four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, up and downstairs living rooms, expansive first floor deck with stairs down to lush lawn and landscaped gardens, this property offers everything a family will need for a great holiday.
Only a short stroll to the beach and the shops (general store, eateries and the popular bar and bistro), this two storey home is perfect for that luxury getaway.
Upstairs is the open plan kitchen/living area. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, electric stove/oven and a full complement of utensils and cooking equipment. The main dining table inside seats 8 comfortably, but there is also a large outdoor table on the deck for al fresco dining. The kitchen overlooks the living area with Pilbara fire for cosy winter nights, split system heating and cooling and large lounge suite, leading out to the decking with outdoor setting and family-sized gas bbq.
Downstairs you will find the second living area with polished floor boards, split system heating and cooling, tv & dvd, looking out to the garden.
