This 6th floor unit has new flooring and appliances but is still in need of updating bathrooms, kitchen countertops and cabinets and is priced accordingly. It is comfortably decorated and located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with amazing views of the Emerald Coast and directly above the pool. The living room opens to a private balcony that offer spectacular westerly views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condominium is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher and 12 cup coffee pot. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, cable TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and cable TV. There is also a guest bathroom off the hallway. An adjoining studio lockout unit is available if your party requires an extra bedroom and bathroom. This condominium is equipped with free wifi, a washer and dryer, and all linens and towel are provided for your convenience. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was very nice and very clean. The only issue I had was having to walk so far from the elevator, but that was the price I had to pay for such a nice view at the end of the building.
