Sea-clusion North is secluded from the outside stresses of the world, but it is ready to Include you in a perfect Surf City beach vacation! You are renting one side of an Oceanfront Double Duplex. If you wish to rent the entire house, please reach out to Sea Coast Rentals in Surf City to add the other side, too! Comfortable, classic furnishings and easy to clean LVP flooring throughout this tastefully decorated home make this a family friendly beach vacation rental. Full lite gliding door walls open the living room entirely up to the beach! Thoughtful upgrades like custom tile work and upgraded stainless fixtures will have you feeling luxurious at an affordable price.
Ground Level: We are a one story home on pilings. The oceanfront side of house has easy access to the beach: only a few steps from the sand up to the oceanside porch. Private Boardwalk to the beach with sand shower. Extra storage for surfboards, washer and dryer under house is shared with other side. Stairwell from driveway up to Level 2 Porch.
Oceanfront Porch: wraps the side of house with side entrance or sliders from the oceanfront decking into living area, outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, side seating.
Living Room: full lite doors to oceanfront porch, sofa, soft side chairs, ceiling fan.
Dining Area: dining table seating 6.
Kitchen: Full-lite sliding doors to oceanfront deck, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, stainless farmhouse sink with pull spray tall pot faucet, refrigerator/freezer, custom tile backsplash.
Bedroom 1: Twin day bed with twin trundle, desk and chair,
Guest Bathroom bathtub with grab bar, tile walls, single vanity, toilet.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, chest of drawers, TV, ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3: Primary Bedroom with King bed, upholstered foot board storage bench, chest of drawers, TV, ceiling fan.
Hallway Bath: custom tile step-in shower, slimline ceramic sink, toilet.
Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. The Neighborhood:
Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Rodgers Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.
Getting Around:
Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center Or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intercoastal Waterway.
