Seabreeze Sanctuary is a magnificent house that truly caters for all members of the family with ample space and stylish comfort for all. It's location is an easy 4 minute drive to Cape Paterson's pristine beaches and some of the most beautiful and unspoiled of Gippsland's coastline, nature and wildlife.
The house is 2 stories with the kitchen area upstairs overlooking beautiful rural views. The house is very spacious with 5 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 livings areas, an extra-large balcony with awesome rural views and an enclosed pet friendly garden with ample parking including a lockable garage.
If you are discovering Cape Paterson for the first time, this is a seaside town popular with beach goers, surfers, fishermen and divers and those looking for a peaceful and restful holiday amongst some of South Gippsland's most beautiful coastline and countryside. There is plenty to do all year round too, from learning to surf at the surf beach which is patrolled on weekends between December and Easter, exploring the rock pools and the dramatic coastline. You can also try the amazing Dinosaur discovery tours and the Bass Coast Whale discovery Trail!
This property sleeps 12 guests only. 1 pet maximum if you wish to bring more pets please request to book. Linen is not provided & can be hired, we even make the beds for you. Please ask for details.

This holiday house is managed by The Beach House People and is registered as short stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council and governed by Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002. We are available by phone and email. Office hours are 9am -5pm for and we regularly check emails and messages after hours.
Full linen is not provided as standard - please ask for our linen hire options. Bed linen can be hired by the room. Please note that if you are bringing more than 1 pet you must inform us prior to arrival. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy.
The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam/junk folder for information and instructions about your booking. Christmas week and January is a 3pm check in only.
On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport ID in the online check in process before we can release the lock box code to you.
The house is pet and family friendly but please be respectful of neighbours. Dogs are not to be left unattended inside the house and please do not leave pets outside for more than a couple of hours. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor your pets and pick up dog waste from the garden. If we have to pick up after your dog there is an immediate $100 fine as cleaners so not go outside and we often have young kids playing the garden - thanks for your consideration.
