Positive: Prime Porthleven location. Absolutely wonderful to sit out the on the (albeit small) front space and soak in the vibe. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and well kitted out. Just enough outdoor space at the back to hang wetsuits etc.
Negative: Some of the floorboards are a bit creaky and the tiles in the entrance need resetting. Called the management company to get some extra bed sheets but they never got back to us.
Summary: Wonderful location, perfect for a family stay
