Summary: The home was beautiful and the location was excellent. There was space for everyone and the multiple decks/walkway to the beach was phenomenal. Most of our issues were with the management company. There was no Welcome bag, linens or towels in the house when we arrived. Check in is at 4 PM, We called immediately, and they did not come. Then, they close at 5 PM so it's "the after hours emergency line." Apparently there was a chest filled with back up supplies with a code we did not have. It just seemed like a logistical nightmare and we slept without sheets or pillow covers the first night. Let me say, the house was excellent - just be very vigilant about making sure you have everything you need and staying on the Oak Island Accommodations company.
