Positive: Location, friendly staff on the property, private beach access. There were multiple security staff members present each day who were helpful and friendly.
Negative: Unit was not clean upon arrival, multiple maintenance issues with the unit, and pier still not open. Fans, vents, need replaced. Blinds broken, screen on outside door torn. Multiple issues of cracks in the walls, and the wallpaper crinkling up. The recliner and pillows in the living room were very dirty and felt unclean.
