Ancient eighteen-century baronial villa with pool and terrace with panoramic view, immersed in the countryside of Ragusa. It is ideal for groups and families, a few km from the beaches of Marina di Ragusa and the main tourist places of Val di Noto (Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto).
The Courtyard (“Baglio”), the Garden and the Pool
Built in 1700 and renovated in 2005, the villa dominates an extended valley, offering a wonderful panoramic view over the sea and the surrounding countryside. The building has the typical features of rural farms in the area of Ragusa with an elegant courtyard (“baglio”).
Above the courtyard, a watchtower offers a nice terrace and a charming panoramic view.
The villa offers a wide garden and a large vegetable.
