Positive: The apartment is large, beautiful and very centrally located.
Negative: There is a bar just below the apartment in the adjacent building which stays open until 4 am on Friday and Saturday. We had Techno music vibrating in the apartment until this time in the morning which made it unbearable! Once the bars are closed the sweepers come in - more noise and crashing glass on collection! This should be mentioned in the description of the property that the apartment is on the main street of late closing bars and up to the individual whether to confirm or not. I did text the owner about this but up to date did not receive a reply.
