La Cerisaie is a luxuriously appointed 4 bedroom chalet minutes away from hiking and skiing at the foot of magnificent mountains. A wood burning stove, large dining room, lounge and games room, jacuzzi, en-suite bathrooms, satellite tv, Egyptian Cotton bed linen and even a piano! The chalet is a converted 19th century farmhouse and is perfect for extended families with three double bedrooms (which can also be single beds), a four bed bunk room (full size beds) and the possibility of two sofa-beds. There is skiing within walking distance for children and beginners and the vast 'Grand Massif' skiing area (Flaine, Samoens, Les Carroz) is 10 minutes by car. In the Summer there is some of the best hiking in the Alps straight from the front door or a 10 minute drive away.
The village of Salvagny is very peaceful but boasts an excellent restaurant and within 5 minutes driving there is an excellent Auberge and a pizza restaurant and bar!
