Sawyer House is a private home with a private backyard and deck with a fire pit! Close to the highway, but has a 6 foot fenced in backyard for privacy. Not completely fenced in but about 80%. There is highway noise and we have a sound machine for your comfort! Perfect location to experience Southwest Michigan! Close to Warren Dunes, beaches, restaurants and breweries! 2 car garage, washer, dryer and air conditioning! All of the amenities you need for a relaxing stay including a fully stocked brand new kitchen as of April 2024.
