Summary: Upon checking in I was informed that the pool hours were 8am-8pm. The only reason I had booked this hotel because the hours for the pool were showing 7am-11pm on hotels.com. Also, phone did not work in the room when I tried calling reception so I had to walked down to mention about the AC not working very well. Maintenance then informed me after fixing it that the bathroom door needed to be closed for the rest of the room to be cool. Staff was respectful and kind.
