Summary: I was told by the reception that I had to pay for the additional fee for adding an extra bed per night. This wasn't communicated to me when I spoke to the representative of Hotel.com back in Jan. The call center ought to give correct information to customers prior to the booking. The service at Sangria resort is quick and responsive. The room service guy made an extra mile to get my mum's shoe fixed back without having to buy a new pair of shoes.
