Not only is the beach 5 minutes but so is the Park and the 9 Hole Beachside golf course. Fancy a bit of shopping, this property is situated just a 5 minute drive from the heart of Ulladulla or Milton where you will find everything you will need. Including linen all you will need to bring is your beach towels!
The Townhouse - This townhouse in a small complex of 5 at the rear, featuring three spacious bedrooms upstairs with a three way bathroom. Good size living areas downstairs and an extra shower and toilet joined to the laundry.
There is a gas BBQ in the private enclosed courtyard with outdoor table and chairs.
All kitchen utensils and cutlery are provided for everything you will need to make this unit your home away from home.
