Located in San Teodoro, 500 meters from the famous and superb beach of Capo Coda Cavallo, 750 meters from the beach of Cala Suaraccia (Le Farfalle), large apartment on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed on the ground floor and 1 with 2 single beds on the first floor), 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor) and living room / kitchen in the famous residence "Villaggio Est" with sea view terrace, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, hairdryer and swimming pool in the residence.
It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda, 27 km from Punta Est. The ferry terminal is 30 km away.
The residence has free reserved parking spaces (our guests will therefore have free access).
