This 4 bedroom/4 bath house is ideal for a summer retreat in beautiful San Diego. The inside contains all the amenities of your home and the back yard boasts a built in BBQ and fire pit nestled within a Mediterranean landscape that includes a grass area and fruit trees. Enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset wine on the roof top terrace with amazing ocean and city views.
The bonus room on the first floor can be used as a play room and/or additional TV room and can also be used as the 4th bedroom with Kingbed, closet and adjacent bathroom with shower.
