The house has Xfinity High-speed Internet (Gigabit Extra.)The open floor plan includes a living room with a 50" 4HDK Roku guest TV, a separate dining area, a stunning newly equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and casual seating at the island/guest pantry area. "Salty Pup" is ready for your littles with baby/toddler equipment and place settings. The newly opened Clem Mulligan Sports Complex and playground are a 6-minute walk from the house. Books, games, puzzles, and tourist information are available to guests.Outside, the private concrete driveway with 3 parking spaces sits by the 2-bike rack and infrared grill area. Next to the house, is the private outdoor shower with specialty showerhead, Trex platform, and HOT WATER. Two cedar trees give guests a shaded, private front porch where to watch seagulls play in the afternoon Bay breeze.
