Positive: Large room with the futon beds made up when we arrived. Great location just off the ferry and on way to the main village and attractions. Japanese bath was nice - only open 3.00-11.00pm

Negative: Hotel interior is dated. didn't really get any communication with operators. While we didn't book a room with breakfast we were not given the option at any point, and the one cafe that was recommended for breakfast did not open, so would have had an in house breakfast if we knew that was an option. We had rear mountain view room however windows are frosted and the view is just a hillside at the back.

Summary: Location is great but a bit pricy for the basic lodgings
