The Apartment is New Built. No Need to worry about nothing. Everything works very well. The Apartment is located in the heart of Yuma. All New Modern Furniture so you can have a nice clean stay. You have all your kitchen needs. 55” 4K TV with Netflix so you can have many movies to watch. High speed Internet available too. No need to go buy a coffee, i have a coffee maker for you to use. I love this place since it’s just 5 min away from all stores and restaurants in Yuma. Neighborhood is calm. Police department is only 3 min away. This is a non smoking apartment, should always smell good. SMOKING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, I WILL CANCEL YOUR STAY IF YOU VIOLATE RULES
