Positive: The location was just as it said close to Grand Bazar. If you go by car, take care you need to make check-out before 10 AM because it is a touristic zone and you can't leave and it is closed till 18 PM The staff is good and helps you when you need something. It was good in the end because they looked for a solution that would be good for us, they tried to make up for it during the stay. I had a little problem with the car and they tried to help me as much as they could Getting over all these unpleasantnesses, we made a booking in february for september and we get a very good price at 300 euro for 4 nights that is the real price for what they offer, in our opinion, but if you pay more dont get to much expectations, you will be dissapointed, if you have the same experience as us. Istambul is a beautiful city that needs to be seen, we will come back and now that we know things work here.
Negative: For the breakfast they ask 80 euro per person per day if you want to eat there just because it is at the top and you have sea view. Before we made the booking for this it had free parking then changed to 20 euro per day. We made the booking for a delux room and when we arived that room was busy and changed to a room with no windows, and it had to go to another hotel that belongs to them too. For the parking they are asking for the car keys just to be easy for them to move the cars because it is a very busy zone so the parking owner get more cars in by putting them very very close together. Don't be fools and pay for the trip on Bosfor as they say 50 euro per person, just made a book on booking app it is cheaper for same thing, or go in the ferry depo and it is even cheaper. I told them to put all this things in the description to know all the visitos this before, not after they arrive, because we came there by car just for the free parking, otherwise we would plan our vacation differently. It depends to much at what you expect from the location.
