We purchased our property 6 years ago and after searching many properties we fell in love with this one set in the hill tops of avsallar with beautiful scenic views of the area Ideal for bike riding and walks through the countryside where you will be venturing through fig trees, grape trees and many more. The apartment has 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom and 3 toilets with a large open space living room with a large balcony with swimming pool view and the surrounding area the complex offers a Olympic size swimming pool with baby pool, gym and kids play area. The beach is a 5 mins drive and 5 mins drive to avsallar town centre with many restaurants and bars to choose from. Avsallar is 25 min drive to Alanya and 40 min drive to Side Avsallar is coastal town. Every wenesday there is a bazzar 15 mins walk away from fresh fruit and veg to hand bags and purses to choose from, Our apartment is also 2 mins away from the local village where you discover local organic produce that you can purchase from locals. We absolutely love going holiday there with my wife and 2 daughters and I'm sure you will aswell.
