The Dutch Hill Cottage is a renovated, rustic chic design cottage waiting for you and your friends or family to enjoy. Private, spacious yet comfy & cozy country getaway situated on 10 acres of rolling hills in the southern Cattskils. Perched on a peak at the forests edge with expansive views all the way down to the Never Sink river with amazing suntset views from our huge deck. We have a fully stocked chef's kitchen including a KitchenAid mixer. Allways a working clean hot-tub, comfy beds for a good night's sleep and plenty more ameneties. Oh, and High speed internet of course for those that need to stay connected. Your petdog is welcome too!
You will feel secluded but yet all you might need is just 5 -10 minutes away! Groceries, restaurants, beerworld, liquerstores, and hikingtrails. The river is good for fishing and for tubing as well on those hot summerdays. Bethelwood Center of the Arts with the famous Woodstock grounds is just 15 minutes away. Check out their summer concert schedule. Then we have Holiday Mountain Ski & Fun Park is just 2 miles down the road.
During the georgeous fall season you can go applepicking, we have the beautiful Bashakill wetlands nearby with their awesome winery. During the holiday season there is the Maplehorst Nursery where you can pick your own X-mas tree which is only 10 minutes away and for those who want to try their 'luck' we have the Resorts World Catskills Casino Monticello or you just hang by the cottage and enjoy our firepit and Weber Grill/BBQ just enjoying the fresh air in tranquility and sounds of the forest where you may encounter plenty of deer, bald eagles and if you are lucky, the fox and owl that live on the property.
All this just an 1 1/2 hour away from NYC!
