Summary: The apartment was clean and conveniently located, and Lesley the owner was very responsive. We had a pleasant stay, however it would have been nice to have had a few more amenities included for the price - eg, sufficient toilet paper for the duration of the stay, as well a things like cooking oil, dishwasher tablets and even some paper towel in the kitchen, all of which would have made a big difference. There were also some disturbances in the mornings with gardeners and watering systems, which weren't major, but were sleep disruptive and did impact the overall feel to the stay. It was a good base for seeing Perth for a few days and suited our purpose well, it just felt quite expensive for how basic it was.
