3 Bedroom Cottage with Parking, TV and Bedding
Finished being fully renovated in the autumn of 2023, we are delighted to present “The Cottage”. A spacious detached 3 bedroom cottage, situated on our working arable farm. A large lounge, with an open fire for the winter & wonderful views over the countryside. In the spring and summer enjoy the outside patio, garden and plenty of outdoor space to explore. All bedrooms have super king beds which can be split into singles and all bed linen & towels are provided. The master bedroom comes with a lovely en-suite and the other two bedrooms share a large bathroom in between them, with a bath and a large walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for eating in & preparing meals and leads into the large lounge. Guests are welcome to walk down the farm track and explore the countryside round the fields. You are able to walk down to the River Eden that runs along the bottom of the farm. There are many local amenities close at hand, with family friendly activities. Plenty of local restaurants. We are only 6 miles from St Andrews which has an abundance of sights and activities, as well as the many golf courses.
