Positive: The room was nice and clean, it's good to stay for a few days before next flight.
Negative: It was a quest to open main door(entrance from street to common staircase) because need to put your hand into small hole in the door and enter pin code, but you literally can't see buttons because they are upper than this hole.
Summary: Good value for the money. Owner was in contact.
