Located on a white-sand beach, with direct views of the beach and pool, The Royal Sands is conveniently close to two major shopping malls and within walking distance to numerous high end restaurants. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, daily maid service, and a large balcony with views of the Caribbean, plus two separate and spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and closet. In the large living room there are two twin pulldown beds (well disguised in the huge entertainment consul) to help if you have extra guests and it is adjoined to the full kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, cookware, dishes, silverware and more. The full Villa sleeps 6 (possibly up to 8 with kids) and is perfect for a family, romantic getaway, or an escape with friends.
Amenities include a deluxe spa and gym, restaurants on site, sports bar and pool bars, two large pools, on site social activities, on site excursion planning, on site grocery store, beach palapas, fitness center, tennis courts, kids activity center, and the list goes on!
This villa is located on the 7th floor of phase 1, with breathtaking views of the pool and ocean.
