4 Bedroom Cabin with Balcony, Security and Kitchen
Escape the busy city life for a few days in this comfortable, fully equipped lake retreat! Sitting on 2.2 acres in the Cobblers Knob area, this space has all you need in order to enjoy a few days on the lake.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the large back porch overlooking the lake. Step into the home where on the first floor you find an open Kitchen & Dining area and Living Room, two King Size bedrooms, one Queen Bedroom (all including smart tvs), and two baths. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal and includes a stove, dishwasher and large coffee maker. Also on site is a gas grill to add to your evening cook outs.
The downstairs bunk room includes Three Twin Size Beds along with a Single Bunkbed and is perfect for larger groups.
On site you will also find a large garage equipped with barstools and a ping pong table. The property also includes lake access, with an easy walk down a small hill. Closest boat launch is 3-4 miles away at Peter Cave Marina. A firepit surrounded by Adirondacks sits off the patio and is the perfect spot to finish the evening.
PLEASE NOTE: While we do not have an ice maker on site, we do have two fridge/freezers (one in the kitchen & garage) to hold multiple bags of ice. Don't forget your cooler!
PLEASE NOTE: ROUGH RIVER LAKE IS A FLOOD CONTROLLED LAKE THAT IS CONTROLLED BY THE ARMY CORE OF ENGINEERS. THE WATER LEVELS MAY FLUCTUATE ACCORDING TO RAIN FALL. THROUGH LATE FALL AND WINTER MONTHS THE LAKE MAY BE DRAINED.
