Located in a private bay and just 15 minutes from Port Carling, 30 minutes to Rosseau and a 2.5-hour drive from Toronto. It even has its own waterfall!! If privacy is what you are looking for then look no further. The crystal-clear water makes for the perfect summer landscape and is the finest in the area. Surrounded by forest and a stunning 40-foot waterfall. It is west facing with a large dock, boat house, diving board & swim raft. A canoe, paddle boat, kayaks, SUP, lily pad and a fishing boat with a 9.9 Yamaha motor are available for your enjoyment. This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom cottage is fully equipped and comes with wood-burning fireplace, wrap-around decks, beautiful kitchen, and cathedral ceilings. A brand-new guest house has been added to this beautiful property and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy your days swimming, relaxing by the waterfall, playing with the water toys, or just sitting on the dock.
