Positive: The location was great, so close to everything. The house has a great layout & perfect for 6 people with the large living area & 2 bathroom. The commutation was great.
Negative: Repairs in the lounge room floor & towel rail in the bathroom need to be fixed. More champagne & wine glasses would be good.
