Located in Newport’s trendy South Broadway (SoBo) district, you’re steps from restaurants, cafés, and bars, with Thames Street, Bellevue Avenue, the harbor, and the ocean just a short walk away.

• With so many amazing restaurants nearby, most guests let the pros do the cooking. Because of that, we no longer stock pantry staples (they went to waste). If you want to whip something up, please bring your own ingredients — and out of kindness to the next guest, avoid “signature scents” that linger past checkout 😉.
