Unique Stay in an Athenian Painter’s Historic Flat | Apartment in Athina, Greece

Property:
The property is a 160 m2 split level flat in in a quiet and safe area of Athens on a pedestrian street with open view to the neighbourhood. The flat is finely decorated with several paintings and artwork as my mother was a painter. I live in the property with my beagle dog and two cats, so pets are more than welcome as long as they are well behaved and socialised. I am an Architect-Lighting designer and I work from home, so I will be available at anytime for any help you may need. The block of flats is a family building, so the rest of the apartments are occupied by my uncles and cousins, which means that it is very safe to live here.
Your bedroom is a spacious (12 m2) room with a 1.10 wide (wide single) bed, large bookcase with a writing bureau, large built-in wardrobe, wooden flooring, air conditioning and balcony. A 15tog feather duvet is provided for winter.
There is a small living room with fireplace next to your room, which I often use to isolate and work on my computer, but you can also sit there on the days that I don't need to work there. Several architecture books can be found in this living room, which you can read, given that you won't take them out of the flat.
Main bathroom is shared with me.
On the 2nd floor there is the main living room with dining area and a large fireplace, open plan kitchen with a dining table, wc with shower and one small bedroom which may be used by my brother occassionally
You can use the kitchen, provided that you buy your own food. One empty cupboard is given to you, to store any food in it. Of course you can also use the fridge and freezer for food storage. Apart from the main kitchen equipment there is also a filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, orange juicer, mixer, frappe mixer.
There is an internal spiral staircase that connects the two levels, but each floor has its own entrance, so you can enter directly your bedroom's level without having to pass through the main living room and kitchen/dining area.
There is also a utilities room where you can use the washing machine and hang your clothes for drying, provided that you use your own washing powder or clothes softener.
Secure parking in the back yard of the building is included in the price. Smoking is allowed in all spaces apart from the bedrooms, so you can freely smoke in the living room.
Firewood for the fireplace is also supplied for an extra cost of 10 euros per week during the winter months.
I spend my day working at home, so I will be available for any help you may need, or even give you a short lift with the car to the metro stations if you are in a hurry.
Coming from an old Athenian family and having a collection of books and pictures from old Athens, I can give you a lot of information about the original city and its history. You can also take copies of my pictures if you like.
The flat is very spacious and more rooms could be rented, but I would prefer to keep it quiet and comfortable with a maximum of 3 people living in it (including myself).
The block of flats is a family property, making it very safe as all residents are relatives.
Arrival: For visitors coming from the airport I can arrange to pick you up from Agioi Anargyroi train station (direct link to the airport) at no extra cost.

The property is located on a pedestrian street in a quiet area of central Athens (Patissia).
There is a cafeteria on the pedestrian street next door, two lovely traditional greek tavernas at 3 min walk, as well as several souvlaki and fast food shops around the area. There are also supermarkets, groceries shops and a bakery at less than 3 min walk from the property. Close to all amenities, It is 9 min walk from Kato Patissia Metro station, 11 min walk from Agios Eleftherios Metro station and 7 min walk from Aghioi Anargyroi Proastiakos train station (direct link to the airport).
