Casa Volpini is a lovingly restored, 400-year-old Umbrian-style farmhouse, located in the immediate vicinity of Tuscany above Lake Trasimeno, in a secluded location. Casa Volpini has two independent apartments.
The apartment Viola offers a total of up to 5 people. The upstairs apartment can be rented from 2 persons. Here is a bedroom with four-poster bed (1.6 x 2 meters), a small single room (ideal for a child up to 14 years), a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with washing machine. The living room has direct access to the large panoramic terrace.
The 20 sqm large terrace of the apartment Viola offers a wonderful view over the lake to far into Tuscany. At the 90 degree angle another small apartment with double bed and private bathroom, which is rented together with the apartment Viola, adjoins the terrace. If required, up to 5 people can stay in the entire floor of Casa Volpini.
The exterior of the apartment Viola also includes a balcony at the entrance which can also be used for breakfast.
The apartment Vera on the ground floor (Objekt 2737220) is a completely independent apartment, has its own entrance and can accommodate 2 people and can be rented separately or together with the apartment Viola. So there is the possibility to accommodate up to 7 people in the whole house. If you want to rent the apartment Vera with, we grant a special price.
