Summary: Very accommodating and easy to work with. I had accidentally booked a smoking room, and I wanted to change it to non-smoking. They made the change quickly and easily. They included an Amazon fire stick with the room tv, so I could log in to my prime account and watch from that. Very nice! The condition of the room was not great. Clean as possible, under the circumstances, but the chairs in the room were pretty dirty (distinct dirt staining), the flooring was extensively damaged, no lamps on the nightstands (so we had to use bright room lighting instead of individual smaller lights), a wobbly damaged toilet, and various dings and damages on the walls. The mattress was comfortable, at least, and the door locks functioned well with no glitching. Overall, the property is in desperate need of renovation and repair, though it is balanced out slightly by a responsive and accommodating staff. Will we stay here again? Probably not, at least not unless it’s updated. It sits in competition with twenty other motels and hotels in a five mile stretch of road and comes up short of at least half of those.
