PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Robinson House is perfectly isolated on the north side of the small island of Gangaro, between the larger islands of Pasman and Murter in northern Dalmatia. The house is surrounded by unspoilt idyllic nature right on the sea in a small bay with small sandy and concrete beach. The distance to the main town and the nearest neighbor is about 500m. The house has 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen with extra bed for 2 more people, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a covered terrace with sea views and barbecue. The house also has a boat dock (buoy right in front of the house). A boat can also be rented by arrangement with the landlord for the duration of the stay. As usual with Robinson houses this house has no regular electricity and water connection, which is why the electricity is generated by a small solar system (12V / 220V) whose electricity is sufficient for lighting and charging small electronic devices such as mobile phones and laptops. Cooking is done on a gas stove. The fridge is gas operated. The water comes from a rainwater cistern and is installed in the house. The water is heated by an external boiler from the sun. Use the water sparingly. Once a week, the landlord offers an intermediate cleaning (surcharge) and the change of bed linen and towels. In the village you can buy fresh fish every day. The landlord offers its guests twice a week a delivery service for food. If you want to buy your own groceries, you can do it daily on the neighboring island of Vrgada with your own boat. Guests arrive at Murter, where the car can be parked for free. The transfer from Murter to the holiday home and back is carried out by the landlord. The transfer costs 100 € once and covers the arrival and departure by boat. The crossing takes about 1:15 hours. The arrival and departure is preferably on Saturdays during the skin season.
