Enjoy this 2 bed, 2 bath beachfront condo. Recently renovated throughout.
Master bedroom has king size bed and full bath. Guest room has two twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), and full bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchen includes new Stainless Steel Appliances.
Located on the 9th floor, this condo is fully stocked and ready for you to kick up your feet and enjoy the beach in wonderful Florida. Ft. Myers is perfect for long walks along the white sandy beaches, shell collecting and deep sea fishing. There are golf courses all around the area within a few miles. Should you not have a car, a trolley stop is located right across the street and it will take you around the island as well. If you will be here for an extended period, enjoy day trips to Orlando, Tampa Bay and Miami all within about a two hour drive. Or catch the ferry to the Florida Keys daily.

Summary: FMB is still recovering from 3 hurricanes, but this unit has been renovated and is in great condition. The lobby, grounds, and pool were still being renovated. The beach is beautiful and a restoration process was in progress so it will soon be even better. Kevin quickly responded to any questions we had. My only complaint was there was only one beach chair in the unit. The people in the building were very friendly and invited us to join in their morning coffee gatherings and happy hours. We enjoy being toward the south end of the island away from most of the traffic. There are few restaurants and shops on the south end, but hopefully that will improve over time. A new bridge is being built which involved a few traffic slow downs but nothing like the north end. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at The Riviera Club.
