Riverview Penthouse is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple on a romantic getaway because it's quiet and peaceful on the 8th floor. However, you're just steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment, and the downtown Riverwalk.

Parking Downtown is limited there is a parking deck nearby. We have a pass you can purchase for a daily rate and come and go as you please. Contact us if you would like the parking pass.

The living room has a large TV with cable, comfortable couch, and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, towels, soaps, sponges, Keurig coffee machine with regular and decaf pods, and the basics like salt, pepper, and oil. It also features a 6 stage reverse osmosis water filtration unit so you can enjoy your fill of fresh water. The bathroom is clean with fluffy towels, nice individual soaps, a steaming shower head with nice water pressure, and a cloth shower curtain that is frequently laundered. The newer king size bed has a comfortable mattress and a fully encapsulating mattress protector and quality pillows with fully encapsulating protectors to ensure that they are sanitary. The blankets and linens are clean and of high quality.
