Getaway Cabin is fully equipped for all of your needs. There is a standup washer/dryer and the cabin has central heat/air. Step out the front sliding door to a 40ft long screened-in porch and sit down in an adirondack chair to watch the beautiful river with all the surrounding wildlife. Please check-in either Saturday or Sunday during the Summer months.

Summary: Got to the house after a three hour ride walk inside and it was 86° in the house looked at thermostat. It was set at 75 call the lady Kelly no answer left a message walked around back and the AC unit was froze. Received a phone call about 20 minutes later Stating that this has never happened said it was a nine year old unit. Well it was over 14 years old because our 22 they stopped installing in 2010 she offered to put us up a motel or a window unit. I had a senior pet so declined talked about refunding a couple hundred dollars for our , gas money and groceries that we bought never heard back from that did refund the house rental said her daughter had a place nearby. I would’ve thought somebody would have checked being as hot as it was. Looks like it could’ve been a cozy place but just ruined four days of our vacation ended up driving back home .
