As soon as you step inside, you will feel right at home with a spacious interior, beautiful windows allowing natural light and river views from nearly every room, and a two-story layout ideal for larger groups to get some privacy. The main level will be the hub for entertaining with a wonderful full kitchen awaiting the group's chef to whip up tasty meals with ease using the stainless steel appliances, dishwasher for easy cleanup, wine fridge, and ample utensils. Everyone will love relaxing outside on the large patio to watch the river water pass by during the day, yet the main living area will be perfect for movie nights with comfortable furnishings and plenty of entertainment options with enhanced TV channels, YouTube TV, and a movie library. Two bedrooms and an office are also on this level.
The young at heart will love the fully-carpeted garage game room complete with foosball or claiming the upper floor suite with a kitchenette, a media area with a plush sofa and TV, and a kid's cubby.
