Summary: The house pretty spacious. It's an old house, but comfortable. Great big porch. Grandson practiced his martial arts out there. The river was lovely. Proximity to Berkeley Springs is good. Lots to see and do. We didn't get to do all we wanted to do; we hope to go back and would definitely stay there again.
