Positive: The location is excellent, right on the river walk, next pioneer park and an easy walk to downtown. The pans for cooking were great.
Negative: There was no welcome information to explain where the laundry was, how/if the fireplace worked, was the pool open, etc. they had a portal online but it didn’t include that info and they were accessible through email but that wasn’t 24/7 and it was a pain to email to ask every question and then wait for a response. Carpet was stained, I didn’t want to dig too closely to determine if it was also dirty, but a carpet cleaning might be helpful. Kitchen has basic stuff but very low grade utensils. The spatulas particularly could use an upgrade. We appreciated the two laundry and dishwashing pods, but for people who stay five nights like we did, and who want to cook in the dishwashing pods are not enough.
