Positive: Location was exceptional…close to RMNP and Estes Park but very quiet and peaceful. Outdoor deck was great for birdwatching and stargazing. It was nice being able to park in the garage.
Negative: Evenings were warm and we couldn’t get provided fan to work but we found one in a bedroom we weren’t using.
