Charming Spanish style villa located in an exclusive Resort with outstanding views of the ocean, Rio Mar's award-winning golf courses and the El Yunque Rain Forest. This villa has all new furniture and kitchen appliances with a spacious living area that Includes cable TV with basic channels and free WIFI in the apartment and pool area. This villa has a wonderful breeze you can enjoy on the balcony at sunset or with morning coffee at the a bistro table.
A perfect place to relax and enjoy this tropical paradise after a day at the beach, El Yunque, golfing or horseback riding on the beach! Amenities on the property include five hotel restaurants including a great poolside “Its 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar and Grill” and a Casino.

There are two private pools for your enjoyment and use in Cluster 2, The Beach Club is a 10-15 min walk along the 15th hole to a beautiful groomed beach with lounge chairs, a pool with nice bathrooms and a Tiki bar that is open on weekends. Our villa looks down on the second pool that has a hot tub, a large covered patio with built in grills and nice bathrooms. The resort is a Spanish Mediterranean coastal style which involves several stairs leading to the villa.
