Summary: The staff were friendly and keen to look after you. We had a room upgrade for an extra fee because it was a very quiet time. The town was extremely quiet when we stayed so not many dining options available. It would have been good to have some help with this from reception prior to arrival. Hotel has a lovely position on the Rhein and the village was so pretty and quant.
