Summary: We had a room facing the ocean which had a great view and nice ocean breeze. The hotel was a little dated but very comfortable and clean. There was no AC but the fans and the ocean breeze was enough to cool the rooms. There was some street noise with the open widows though if you are a light sleeper and can't use ear plugs. There was a full kitchen which we didn't use since we were only spending one night. Beach access was down the block in walking distance and there were lots of places to eat and shop. The hotel had a popular restaurant attached next to it on the street level where you will need reservations if you want to sit outside. The hotel provided parking in their street side lot that had a gate operated by the front desk. The staff were friendly and helpful.
