Upon arrival at the residence, access to the apartment is through a small internal path. Entering from the north side, you step directly into a small hallway that opens into the living room, the main feature of the apartment, thanks to the imposing glass window overlooking the private garden and sunset over the lake. A large sofa facing the fireplace and a large dining table complete the furnishings of the living room. Next to it is the spacious kitchen, also with a garden view, and fully equipped with all accessories.
