Positive: The property was in a good central location which was nice if you needed something from a grocery store, Walmart, or wanted a quick bite to eat. The beds were comfortable (even the sofa bed). The breakfast was actually a lot better than I expected and had a good range of items. The staff was for the most part pleasant although I’m sure I scared a few at the desk when they were focusing on something. The young woman with glasses who works in the evenings (she looked to be a student because I think I saw her studying or doing some work) she was very helpful and very personable.
Negative: OMG…if you are here for an extended time..you will get 3 channels on the tv (doubled with I’m sure an HD channel). Holy smokes this is terrible that you can’t unwind and relax because you have nothing to watch. I mean, not even a smart tv where you can stream!! I’m pretty sure I saw a big building of glass that says ROKU on it and the owner of this location can’t work out a deal to make everyone happy?? That’s crazy!! I mean, if your internet goes down in the place..can’t even watch anything on the tv (I asked about it and was told that the service was bad and that some rooms may get 4 channels and some others 5). BTW..internet did go out one day due to power outage which didn’t last long and staff did call room and we were notified that they were working on problem but afterwards, we could not connect to internet once restored. I had to have a staff member help (she did and was wonderful about it so kudos!!!)
Summary: Would stay again but really need to jump into the times with electronics
