Positive: The apartment was big. The host responds quickly to messages.
Negative: Awful smell in bathroom, I asked host to send cleaner but she said it was a common problem in Morocco but didn't send anyone to clean. Internet was very weak always goes onto loading or not working at all. There were no swimming pools had contaminated water in them and the host didn't know about it, my children went in for around 20 mins and were told to get out by security staff as the water was unsafe. When I messaged the host she told me that she didn't know and apologised. I was very annoyed as my children ended up with stomach upset probably caused by the contaminated water. They also had no swimming pool for their holiday. The host has refused to compensate for the inconvenience caused even though it was her fault for misadvertising her apartment by saying there are swimming pools available to use.
