Perfect environment to create those priceless lake memories.1140 sq ft ranch style with TONS of parking and easy entry ramp access. This is a Sports Lake and Minutes from popular restaurants/bars including live music at the new Lake Life, some amazing food and drinks at the popular Barbee hotel and some of the best pizza around at Dannys. Dollar store minutes away, and 15 minutes from all that Warsaw and Columbia City has to offer. Enjoy a a few nights, or even an extended stay to save! Well water so can have slight smell, I will have bottled water in the fridge. Water is around 4' at end of pier. 2 brand new Kayaks included as well as fire wood for those cool nights. Boat ramp VERY close on Kuhn.
